[Ory Club Invention Discussion] Guest at Ory Yoshifuji’s online event

Ory Club Invention Discussion: Yoshimi Ui, Kei Hirabayashi and Hiroshi Yagi joined as guests

On 16 August 2024, an “Ory Club Invention Discussion” was held online in Ory Yoshifuji’s community, “Ory’s Independent Research Club.”

Guests were Yoshimi Ui, CEO and Representative Director of aba Inc.; Kei Hirabayashi, Representative Director of the Japan Welfare and Medical Fashion Association; and Hiroshi Yagi, its Deputy Representative Director and administrator of Omutsu Johokyoku (Adult Diaper Information Center Japan).

Ory Yoshifuji is Director and Representative Director of Ory Laboratory Inc., developing technology that supports social participation, including the OriHime avatar robot.

We exchanged ideas on inventions, drawing on our respective work in care technology, welfare and medical fashion, and adult diapers. Bringing together perspectives from different specialist fields created an opportunity to consider new possibilities.

Thank you to Ory Yoshifuji, everyone in Ory’s Independent Research Club, and our fellow guests Yoshimi Ui and Kei Hirabayashi.
