[Celebrating 10,000 Followers] The future of care through independence and continence support, with Masayuki Saito

On 21 February 2024, Omutsu Johokyoku (Adult Diaper Information Center Japan) celebrated reaching a combined total of 10,000 social media followers with an online event featuring Masayuki Saito, Chairperson of the Japan Federation of Kaigo Business Providers.

The theme was “The Future of Care through Independence Support and Continence Care.” Saito works to reflect frontline care perspectives in systems and policies and chairs the Japan Federation of Kaigo Business Providers, which connects care service operators nationwide.

He discussed the future of care from the perspectives of independence support and continence care. He also clearly explained the fiscal 2024 revision of Japan’s long-term care fees and the changes to additional reimbursement for continence support.
