On June 26, 2025, the Continence Care Equipment Exhibition 2025 took place at the ATC Ageless Center.

Companies working in continence care gathered to introduce products and initiatives supporting toileting from many perspectives, including diapers, toileting prediction devices, assistive products, clothing and home fixtures. In addition to the 104 companies in the permanent exhibition, approximately 40 companies presented special exhibits.

The special exhibition featured a wide range of companies and organizations, including Kao Professional Services Co., Ltd., Livedo Corporation, Nippon Paper Crecia Co., Ltd., Hakujuji Co., Ltd., Paramount Bed Co., Ltd., Abilities Care-net, Inc., Wacoal Corp. and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).

Seminar speakers included Janice Chia, Founder & Managing Director of Aging Asia, as well as specialists and company representatives from Japan and overseas. They shared information on a broad range of topics: digital transformation in continence care, assistive products, loose-stool care, treatment of fecal incontinence, diapers, clothing and underwear.

Jenny Miller, Chief Executive of PAMIS, and Fiona Souter, Inclusive Communities Director, also took part. This provided a valuable opportunity to learn directly in Japan about continence care and accessible toilet practices overseas.

The event enabled manufacturer representatives and healthcare, care and welfare professionals to interact directly and learn about the latest continence care products and initiatives.

Hiroshi Yagi contributed to planning and operating the event as vice representative director of its organizing body, the Japan Welfare & Medical Fashion Association.
