[Speaking Engagement] Hiroshi Yagi at BOC Forum 2024 in Osaka

On December 14, 2024, Hiroshi Yagi, vice representative director of the Japan Welfare & Medical Fashion Association, spoke at BOC Forum 2024 in Osaka, held at JAM BASE in Grand Green Osaka.

With the theme “The Future of Healthcare and Care That Protect and Support Life,” the forum explored the future of care for older people through hospitality, oral care, home healthcare, end-of-life care, diapers, welfare, fashion and other specialties.

Speaking on “Hospitality That Enables Us to Share Joy and Help Each Other’s Lives Shine,” he drew on experience at a long-established traditional restaurant, Mitsukoshi and Disney to discuss hospitality that responds to people’s feelings.

After the lecture, the speakers also participated in a panel discussion on “Life.”

It was a valuable opportunity to share the stage with people from different specialties and exchange views on the future of healthcare, care and welfare.
