On 9 December 2022, Omutsu Johokyoku (Adult Diaper Information Center Japan) welcomed Kenji Iwata of Unicharm Corporation as lecturer for an online study session, “Understanding Diaper Features: About Unicharm’s Lifree.”

Adult disposable diapers come in many types, with structures, functions and intended uses varying by manufacturer and product. This session introduced products from Unicharm’s adult disposable diaper brand Lifree from the manufacturer’s perspective.

Iwata is a physical therapist who has long exchanged views and information about adult disposable diapers with Hiroshi Yagi. Working together in this manufacturer study session allowed us to deepen product understanding alongside participants.
